We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Standard delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping fees vary based on your location and order size. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
Sometimes the tracking number may not update right away or DHL may temporarily show an incorrect tracking link. This usually resolves itself within a short time.
If your tracking number still isn’t working, please contact us at Customer@truereligion.se and we’ll be happy to help you and provide the correct tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, in new condition, and include all original tags. Once the item is returned, it will be inspected to ensure it has not been worn.
Please note: Returns are only valid for orders placed on truereligion.se, truereligion.fi, truereligion.no, and truereligion.dk. Purchases made through physical stores or other retailers’, wholesalers’ or resellers’ websites cannot be returned online. Please contact the store of purchase for further assistance.
Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
In the package you have received, there is a return label that you can attach to the package. Also fill in the enclosed form with your order number, name, address and reason for the return. Then leave the package at the nearest representative.

In some cases, a return label may be missing from your package. If this happens, simply contact us at Customer@truereligion.se and we’ll send you a return label by email that you can easily print and use.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original item. Once we receive your return, you’ll be refunded as usual.

To keep your True Religion jeans looking their best, follow these tips:
- Wash your jeans in cold water to prevent shrinking and fading. Be sure to turn your jeans inside out to protect the outer fabric.
- Air-dry your jeans by hanging them up or laying them flat to maintain their shape and quality.
